Player Protection

Responsible Gaming

At gamerp, we believe gaming should be fun, entertaining, and safe. This page provides tools and resources to help you stay in control and enjoy gaming responsibly.

21+ Only — Strictly Enforced

Age Restriction Policy

gamerp is committed to preventing underage gambling. Indonesian law prohibits individuals under the age of 21 from participating in gambling activities, and we take this responsibility seriously.

Our age verification process includes:

  • Mandatory KYC Verification: All players must submit a government-issued ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) before their first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, and all funds forfeited.
  • Automated Age Checks: Our registration system automatically rejects date-of-birth entries that indicate the applicant is under 21 years old.
  • Ongoing Monitoring: We use behavioral analysis and transaction monitoring to detect accounts that may have been registered using falsified age information.

If you are under 21, you are not permitted to create an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gamerp services. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to block access to gambling sites for minors.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

gamerp operates under an international gaming license that mandates strict responsible gaming standards. We are committed to providing a safe, transparent, and fair gaming environment where players can enjoy sports betting, casino games, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) without harm.

Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or escape personal problems. When gambling stops being fun and starts causing financial, emotional, or social harm, it's time to seek help.

Recognize the Warning Signs

Problem gambling can affect anyone. Watch for these warning signs:

  • Spending more money or time on gambling than you can afford
  • Gambling with money meant for bills, rent, or groceries
  • Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
  • Lying to family or friends about gambling habits
  • Chasing losses by betting more in an attempt to win back money
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when not gambling
  • Neglecting work, school, or family responsibilities because of gambling
  • Using gambling as an escape from stress, problems, or negative emotions

If you recognize these signs in yourself or someone you know, please reach out for help. You are not alone.

Self-Control Tools

gamerp provides several tools to help you manage your gambling activity and maintain control:

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much money you can add to your gamerp account. Once a limit is reached, you will not be able to deposit additional funds until the time period resets. Deposit limits can be set or adjusted from your account dashboard under "Responsible Gaming Settings."

  • Daily Limit: Maximum amount you can deposit in a 24-hour period
  • Weekly Limit: Maximum amount you can deposit in a 7-day period
  • Monthly Limit: Maximum amount you can deposit in a 30-day period

Important: Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.

Loss Limits

Set limits on how much you are willing to lose over a specific time period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Loss limits help prevent chasing losses and ensure you do not spend more than you can afford.

Wagering Limits

Control the total amount of money you can wager (total bets placed, regardless of wins or losses) over a specific time period. Wagering limits help you monitor overall betting activity.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum session duration (e.g., 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours). When your session time expires, you will be automatically logged out and prompted to take a break. Session time limits help prevent extended gambling sessions that can lead to fatigue and poor decision-making.

Reality Checks

Enable periodic on-screen reminders that display how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered. Reality checks help you stay aware of time and spending during gaming sessions.

Self-Exclusion Options

If you feel that you need to take a break from gambling, gamerp offers flexible self-exclusion options:

Time-Out (Cooling-Off Period)

Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choice: 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, or 1 month. During a time-out:

  • You will not be able to log in to your account
  • You will not receive promotional emails or SMS messages
  • Your account balance remains secure and unchanged
  • The time-out cannot be reversed once activated — you must wait for the full period to expire

To activate a time-out, log in to your account, navigate to "Responsible Gaming Settings," and select the desired time-out period.

Self-Exclusion (Extended Break)

Self-exclude from gamerp for a longer period: 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is a more serious step than a time-out and is designed for players who recognize they have a gambling problem and need a long-term break.

During a self-exclusion period:

  • Your account will be immediately closed and cannot be reopened until the exclusion period expires
  • You will not be able to create new accounts using the same email, phone number, or personal details
  • Any remaining account balance (minus active bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method
  • You will be removed from all marketing communications
  • gamerp reserves the right to refuse to reopen your account even after the self-exclusion period expires if we believe it is in your best interest

Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. If you choose permanent self-exclusion, your account will be closed indefinitely, and you will not be able to reactivate it under any circumstances.

To initiate self-exclusion, contact gamerp support at [email protected] or use the live chat feature. Our team will process your request immediately and provide confirmation via email.

Support for Family and Friends

Problem gambling doesn't just affect the individual — it impacts families, friends, and loved ones as well. If someone you care about is struggling with gambling, resources are available to help you support them and protect your own well-being. Organizations like Gam-Anon (for family members of problem gamblers) provide peer support and guidance.

Tips for Staying in Control

Follow these guidelines to ensure that gambling remains a fun and safe form of entertainment:

  • Set a Budget: Decide how much money you can afford to lose before you start playing, and stick to that budget. Never gamble with money you need for bills, rent, food, or other essential expenses.
  • Set Time Limits: Decide how long you will play before you start, and use a timer or reality check to remind yourself when it's time to stop.
  • Don't Chase Losses: If you lose money, accept it and move on. Trying to win back losses by betting more almost always leads to bigger losses.
  • Take Regular Breaks: Step away from the screen every 30–60 minutes. Stretch, hydrate, and give your mind a rest.
  • Never Gamble Under the Influence: Alcohol, drugs, or strong emotions (anger, sadness, stress) impair judgment and lead to impulsive, reckless betting.
  • Keep Gambling in Perspective: Remember that gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money. The house always has a mathematical edge in the long run — you will lose more than you win over time.
  • Balance Gambling with Other Activities: Maintain a healthy lifestyle with work, hobbies, social activities, exercise, and family time. If gambling is your only source of entertainment or excitement, it's a red flag.
  • Don't Borrow Money to Gamble: Never take out loans, use credit cards, or borrow money from friends or family to fund gambling.
  • Talk to Someone: If you're worried about your gambling, talk to a trusted friend, family member, or professional counselor. Keeping it secret only makes the problem worse.
